All participants requiring letters of invitation should inform the 8th BCNP/XXXIV RESEM secretariat at the earliest possible date. All official communication will be only by e-mail to the secretary-general.
Such invitations are only for the purpose of assisting participants. No financial commitment on the part of the organizers is implied.
